About Me

My work is hugely driven by both my passion for food and that of helping others. I strongly believe by sharing evidence-based knowledge and offering non-judgemental support, that anyone can make the positive change they need to empower themselves to lead a healthier and happier life – the foundation of all happiness is health after all. The diet and lifestyle I live, has evolved over years and with my continual thirst for knowledge. This a constant process as there are always new things to learn and experiences to be had, that I believe we can all build into our lives to enable us to live optimally and where we feel as individuals are best selves.
